Ballet is a classical form of dance that develops grace, precision, posture and bodylines.
Students will be taught to have a clear understanding of the most basic and advanced exercises at the barre and center floor.
The ballet dancer will learn to connect the steps of ballet, which will lead the dancer to more advanced exercises. |

Jazz is a modern form of dance that is associated to rhythms and techniques of jazz music.
A large portion of class is devoted to body warm up, stretching, conditioning, isolations, proper body placement and technique. As the class progresses the student will become more familiar with co-ordination exercises and begin to develop his or her own style. The dancer will be spending more time on floor progressions and combinations to upbeat styles of music.

Tap dancing is a great way to build co-ordination, rhythm and timing.
The tap student will learn basic tempos and beats using syncopation. Tap dancers will be taught the basics: shuffles, flaps, cramp-rolls, buck and rhythm time steps, and front and back Irishes while enjoying a wide variety of music. |

All acrobatic dancers will achieve balance, coordination and flexibility.
The beginner student will learn cartwheels, backbends, splits, and hand-stands.
When the student correctly performs these movements they will progress to the next level. This includes front limbers, front and back walkovers, and tumbling movements such as back handsprings and aerials. |

Hip-hop is a fun way to develop the dancer's strength of jazz and combine it with smooth urban and street styles. This is an excellent form of exercise that includes stretches and freestyles in an uninhibited environment, done to the dancer's favourite music. |

Combo classes are a fun way to introduce your young dancer to the fundamental basics of dance, while they explore different dance styles. Combination classes include movement and variety, which keeps the young dancer’s interest. This allows them the freedom to determine which style is right for them. Combo choices are ballet/tap, jazz/acro and ballet/jazz.
